While in college, Chad worked as a construction worker on residential homes while receiving a double degree in Construction Management and Real Estate from Washington State University.  Following school, he accepted a position with a large commercial general contractor in Santa Monica, CA. On one of his projects, Chad met his now wife, Denise Arredondo Epeneter, who was working for the City of Santa Monica’s Civil Engineering and Architecture Department and was part of the Project Management Team on that same project. Since then, Chad has spent 15+ years working in various positions for general contractors, as well as an owner’s representative for real estate companies. 

Chad’s latest endeavor has been obtaining his real estate broker’s license and working with his wife to start Silver King Brokers. Their full-service real estate brokerage is now in its 5^th year of operation with endless continued success ahead. Chad is poised to deliver expert guidance, attention to detail and a carefully honed network of resources to their clients. Whether navigating the real estate market or managing properties, his ultimate goal is to deliver premium customer service.   

Spending 21 years in the South Bay neighborhoods of Hermosa and Manhattan Beach, Chad understands what it is like to call South Bay home and knows firsthand what it means to live in and give back to this special and close-knit community.
